We are ourselves a large family, and fully understand the needs of those traveling with children! Here you will find games both in the garden and indoors, with cots, high chairs, baby bath tubs and crockery for children.

The accommodation is very close to the sea and also has a very pleasant small equipped terrace. Free and convenient parking. Modern and functional household equipment. Letizia was perfect in putting us at ease, giving us specific solutions and advice for visiting the countless tourist places in the area. Excellent host. I highly recommend a stay at this property in Marina di Grosseto.

Letizia is a super Host who is really attentive to detail: from the furnishings to the objects she has chosen for her apartments but above all with regard to cleanliness and order.
We spent 3 beautiful days caressed by the sea breeze (the beach is really close) and the smell of the pine forest that surrounds the apartment.
Letizia also gave us excellent advice on what to see in the surrounding area, plus she is a really caring and kind person.
We would absolutely do the whole holiday again and will be back soon.

Honestly 5 stars in my opinion are too few!
We have been spending our summer holidays in this beautiful place for several years now and every year we can’t wait to go back. We have stayed in more than one apartment in Letizia’s house and they are all fantastic, with all the comforts one could wish for. The fresh garden in the back was also particularly appreciated last year by our greyhound Tommy 😊 who had so much fun running around. Letizia is super helpful and impeccable in everything and honestly 5 stars in my opinion are too few!
I highly recommend a relaxing and fantastic holiday in these apartments!!

Casa Arancio has access to a front garden where you can eat and park bicycles and strollers, as well as a large garden equipped with sunbeds, gazebos, games for children and a barbecue.

La Mèria di Maria is located in Marina di Grosseto, in the residential and quieter part of the town, just 500 meters from the town’s center of activities.
The beach in front of our structure is wide and sandy, with bathing establishments, a free beach and a dog-friendly beach.
Behind us there is a large and fresh pine forest
A 20-minute walk on the beach takes you to the entrance to the Maremma Park, a protected green area that extends south as far as Talamone.
We are 12 km from the capital Grosseto and near the beautiful towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Monte Argentario, Saturnia spa, Massa Marittima, Capalbio and Pitigliano.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a large free car park and a children’s playground. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and extremely available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. Having various apartments of different sizes, including a studio flat, the building offers various solutions: singles, couples, families with children and groups of friends.

I previously worked in a bank traveling throughout Italy, but when my parents passed away, I decided to change my life: I returned to Maremma, my husband and I decided to expand the family (with 4 children), I quit my banking job and we have renovated the old family home creating pet & family friendly holiday homes.
The world of hospitality finally opened its doors to me!
For my family, hospitality is a real lifestyle; in recent years we have established many ties with people and families from all over the world, gradually rediscovering the Maremma through the fascinated eyes of our guests.
With them I like to visit and appreciate places that I had taken for granted for a long time.
The structure bears a particular name which means shade: the refreshing shade of the trees in summer, so to speak.
My mother Maria is the figure who inspires me in my business and the one who taught me what I know today about hospitality.
I like to think that in this place and in everything I do here is done following her footsteps.
This inspires me and guides me. And that anyone who passes by here and decides to stop can leave refreshed and with new energy.
